A report to understand the current structural status of a fort that is a couple of centuries old and uninhabited for a few decades. The report covers various aspects concerning the failure points in the building and its evolution over multiple generations of the royals of Mandawa. Some of the points of failure in the building were:

01 Understand and decode the time frames across which the fort was constructed and the prevalent construction styles used to identify the phases.

02 Understanding the reason behind significant failures in the buildings. The primary reasons were a failure in load transfer and excessive loadings of the floors added in the fort over the years.

03 Deterioration of material due to wear and tear, water ingress and biological growth, animal droppings, etc.

Identifying the problems and decay and interpolating the same in volumetric analysis rather than two-dimensional analysis. This helps understand the damage and the solution in a holistic manner.
